본 약관은 화사한 봄날(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 모든 앱 및 웹 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건 및 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무·책임사항을 규정합니다. These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using all apps and web services (hereinafter "Services") provided by Beautiful Spring (hereinafter "Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.
① 본 약관은 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 모든 이용자에게 적용됩니다.① These Terms apply to all users who wish to use the Services.
② 회사는 필요한 경우 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 서비스 내 공지 또는 이메일을 통해 사전 고지합니다.② The Company may amend these Terms when necessary. Changes will be announced in advance via in-service notice or email.
③ 이용자가 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우 서비스 이용을 중단하고 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.③ If a user disagrees with the amended Terms, they may stop using the Services and withdraw.
회사는 다음 서비스를 제공합니다.The Company provides the following services.
① 서비스는 회사의 업무상 또는 기술상 특별한 지장이 없는 한 연중무휴 24시간 제공을 원칙으로 합니다.① Services are provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are business or technical interruptions.
② 회사는 시스템 점검, 교체, 고장, 통신 장애 등의 사유로 일시적으로 서비스를 중단할 수 있습니다.② The Company may temporarily suspend services for system maintenance, replacement, failure, or network issues.
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.Users must not engage in any of the following.
서비스 내 모든 콘텐츠(텍스트, 이미지, 소프트웨어, 디자인 등)의 지적 재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다. 이용자는 회사의 사전 서면 동의 없이 이를 복제, 배포, 수정하거나 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다. All intellectual property rights in the Services (text, images, software, design, etc.) belong to the Company. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use them without the Company's prior written consent.
① 회사는 천재지변, 전쟁, 기간통신사업자의 서비스 중단 등 불가항력적 사유로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.① The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or telecommunications provider outages.
② 서비스 내 정보는 참고용으로 제공되며, 이를 근거로 한 결정에 대한 책임은 이용자 본인에게 있습니다.② Information within the Services is provided for reference only. Users are responsible for decisions made based on such information.
③ Diving Score의 난이도(DD) 데이터는 World Aquatics 공식 규정을 기반으로 하나, 실제 대회 결과와 다를 수 있으며 회사는 이에 대한 법적 책임을 지지 않습니다.③ Diving Score's DD data is based on official World Aquatics regulations, but may differ from actual competition results. The Company assumes no legal liability for such differences.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁의 관할 법원은 회사 소재지를 관할하는 법원으로 합니다. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from use of the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location.
